Is there a long term commitment?

Nope. All of our plans are priced month-to-month. There are no long term commitments, contracts, or cancellation fees.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you choose the option "bill me later," we will email you an invoice, payable 30 days after receipt. Please make your checks payable to:

What if I need a bigger plan?

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time. Just click on the billing link in the settings section of your group page. If you decide to change your plan in the middle of a billing cycle, then the changes will take affect in the next cycle.

If I cancel, will I get refunded for that month's charge?

If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will be billed for that month. There are no refunds.
